Does Your Next Retreat Need Some Spiritual Spunk?

Celebrate the gifts of faith and friendship with Cheri Mueller, award-winning co-author of Walk With Me: Two Friends on a Spiritual Journey Together (FaithWalk Publishing, 2005) and Play With Me: Two Friends on a Spiritual Journey with Kids (2006)!

After graduating from Wheaton in 1990, Cheri spent over a decade conducting regional trainings for social service professionals before settling into her life as writer and retreat speaker. Now as a mother of three (ages 9, 6, and 3), she’s passionate about taking spirituality beyond the walls of churches, synagogues, and temples into the everyday details of marriage, motherhood and friendship.

"When you walk in faith and friendship" she says, "all ground is holy ground."

Cheri considers it a privilege to speak to women in a variety of exciting venues, including coffee bars, weekend retreats and Minnesota's MOM CAMP. Her thoughts on faith and friendship have been featured in popular periodicals such as Today's Christian Woman, MOMsense and The Lutheran. She's also been featured on numerous national radio programs, including WMBI's Midday Connection and FM 104's The Jill Spiegel Show.

Testimonials

Listen to what women are saying about Cheri as an author and speaker:

"I thoroughly enjoyed the evening! Cheri made me feel like we were sitting in my living room chatting. I couldn't wait to get home and start reading her book! I'm about half done and I find myself laughing, sighing, and nodding my head in agreement. I'm already making a list of women that I want to give it to."
--Jan Maruska

"Cheri's stories of friendship were funny, touching, and sincere. I had never really thought about seeing God through the faces of my friends. She helped me realize that I don't have to be holier than thou to support and encourage another person's faith. I just have to be myself."
--Katie Olsen

"The evening was awesome! Cheri's style is contagiously warm and humorous, inviting me to a closer walk with God and my friends."
--Melodee Anderson

". . .Rest assured that Miller and Mueller are real women who share experiences, pain and faith. They are tired as often as they are inspired. And if that's not real life, then I don't know what is."
--Sandy Guerra-Cline

"'Starbuck's-drinking, Levi-wearing, word-loving, munchkin-rearing, artsy-fartsy, faith-filled friends' is how the authors describe themselves in the introduction to this book. In their guileless prose, they prove that it is possible to be deeply religious and totally approachable."
